  5. Inspection and Resolution: Once we receive the defective item, our team will inspect it to confirm the defect. If the defect is verified, we will process a refund or replacement for the item, based on your preference.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Returns are accepted for defective items only.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  • Items must not show signs of misuse, damage, or alterations.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the item.

Refund or Replacement:

  • If a refund is requested, the original payment method used for the purchase will be credited.
  • If a replacement is requested and the item is in stock, it will be shipped to you promptly.

Non-Returnable Items:
